What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for calls, AI and Creative. ₹1 = 10 credits, and your whole monthly plan fee becomes credits in your wallet. The Studio shows your wallet in credits with the Ⓒ mark (Ⓒ 5,000 is 5,000 credits); rupees are only what you pay: plans, top-ups, per-minute prices and invoices. The 5,000 credits you get at sign-up are free credits for trying the Studio, not money. Every call is charged from the balance at your plan's per-minute rate a couple of minutes after it ends, and you can see every charge on the Credits page.
What does the free trial include?
Ⓒ 5,000 free credits to try the Studio. On the trial you can place up to five test calls to your own phone, paid from those free credits, so you hear your agent before you pay anything. No card is needed. Campaigns, phone numbers and agents on live calls open with a monthly plan from Starter up.
Is the AI model included?
Yes. The standard AI models are included in the per-minute price. A few premium models (such as GPT-4o or Claude Sonnet) cost ₹0.50 or ₹1.50 a minute more, and the Studio shows that before you pick one.
Which languages does the AI speak?
English, Hindi, Kannada and natural Hinglish. The speech recogniser works out what language it is hearing on its own.
Can the AI put the customer through to a person?
Yes. Switch on "Connect to a person" and the agent rings your project's team with hold music the moment the customer asks for a human.
How do I buy more credits?
Top up any amount from ₹500 on the Credits page in the Studio: UPI, card or bank transfer. A top-up never changes your plan.
How does the monthly plan renew?
On the same date every month. Tick "renew automatically" when you pay and your saved card or UPI is charged on that date; otherwise we remind you three days before and you renew with one click. If a plan is not renewed within three days of its date, calling and the API pause and the workspace keeps every credit; renewing brings the plan back at once. A subscribed workspace can go down to −₹500 before calls and Creative pause.
Is it compliant with do-not-call rules?
Numbers on your do-not-call list are never dialled, calling hours are enforced, and a customer who asks to stop is never called again.
